THE YOGA I TEACH

Feel good in your mind and body

 

The Yoga I teach is based on traditional Hatha Yoga as it was taught to me in India. I add a touch of my personality and a hint of inspiration that comes from the teachers I have followed in France since 2011.

 

Depending on your needs, I can compose for you a relaxing or energizing Yoga session. We can also work on breathing and meditation techniques.

 

During my classes, I try to be attentive to everyone and to have an individualized approach, in the respect of your capacities and without any judgment. The important thing is to be be aware of your body and your sensations. Yoga is not about competition or comparison, each one of us is unique and it is something you do for yourself, and a research in the innerself first of all.

My goal is to share with joy, happiness and humility the philosophy and the art of living Yoga is, in order to offer you some tools to manage the daily life with more serenity.

We choose the best date and time for you, depending on my availability.

YOGA CLASSES AT YOUR OFFICE

Offer your employees an energizing awakening or a relaxation break.

Yoga is a great way to improve concentration and creativity. In the morning to gently wake-up the body and the mind, before the lunch for a reboost midday break, or at the end of the day to let go the stress of the day.

MY STORY

I attend my very first yoga class in 2011, and it is love at first sight.

Originally a graduate in computer engineering in 2004, I was then working in the area of web and marketing in Paris. In a context of stressful life, Yoga became the essential element to maintain balance and serenity in my everyday life.

Yoga is an adaptable practice according to the needs and the possibilities of each one, and with a regular practice one can feel the benefits very quickly. I felt then the deep desire to transmit this practice in my turn.

 

So in the spring of 2018, I went to the "capital of yoga" in India, Rishikesh, to follow a 500h certified teacher training.
